We are excited to show you our 61.66-hectare piece of paradise that boasts some incredible features, such as 49.71 hectares of preserved forest, and 11.92 hectares of beautiful developed farmland.  Located on the SW corner of the Bahia Highway (E15) and Pajonal Road, this property is only a short 7 km drive to the beautiful beaches at Playa Pajonal, and a 15-minute commute to the town of Bahia de Caraquez.   Additionally, you can reach the city of Manta within 1:15 minutes, which is a significant transportation hub, including an International airport with flights to the US and Canada, via Panama.
